Customer Feedback

I’ve begun to add feedback that I receive from customers to my website. Many of my feedbacks come via cell phone or office phone, although customers may also leave me feedback via the Live Help Icon on any page of my website or fill out a comment to this Customer Feedback area of my blog.

I think it’s important to have a place on your website where customers can leave you a word or two about their purchase that they’ve made from you ~ it’s good for you so you know “how you’re doin’ ” and it’s good for future customers to be able to read the feedback, it instills consumer confidence that’s real and genuine.

    Great idea! I agree it’s important to give customers a place to comment about the ease of purchase, the products, communication, etc. Thanks for sharing!
