Log cabins, homes and homesteads of old hold a certain charm of their own. If you grew up in the area of the postcard, you may have fond memories of growing up in a simpler time such as these vintage postcards depict.

You may have stayed in a cabin or log home similar to this as a summer home, on vacation or as a weekend getaway ~ not everyone goes for the glamorous resort town with the big city accommodations! Some of us prefer a simpler way of vacationing, and this might just stir up a fond memory or two.
